And now for something completely different......;)
As you might have read, my cam is Total Loss.
And since I have to do something, I started painting again... (acrylics on canvas)
It's not finished and it feels so strange, but in a good way...
It's been about 15 years since I painted!
A few years ago I tried to paint digitally though and this is one of the portraits I then made.
No tracing...just a photo....and an empty canvas and paint till you drop...:laughing:

this is really good, so realistic. I've been watching you for your photography skills for years but i had no idea you could also paint like this.

Whaaaaat?!? I thought it WAS a photo, and had to enlarge it in order to BELIEVE it was actually a painting! Wow, that is very amazing. You are even more talented than previously believed!

Sorry to hear about your camera. They are heartbreaking and bankbreaking to replace. But I know how lost you can feel without them!
