As some of you might remember, I started my photography with capturing insects.
Partly for financial reasons (I couldn't afford a big lens), but mostly because this microcosmos is so highly fascinating.
Past winter I finally saved enough money for a 300mm and a whole new world of bigger animals opened up for me.
I enjoyed this new world so much that I almost forgot about my former passion.
Almost.....since I will never stop loving these tiny crawling creatures. So as a tribute to my 'older friends' I decided to neglect all the enthusiastically whistling birds for one time and give all my attention to this couple of mating dragonflies.

I feel like they're playing tag or follow the leader or some other playground game.
