Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

I had expected to reach the 100.000 views some day... I mean...statistically every deviant passes this point somewhere in time, but I blinked my eyes and all of a sudden there was this magic number....

And since you all are the ones that came by so often with all your kind and inspiring comments:

It's nice to know my photos are liked and it's one more reason to go out and shóóót!

Do You Live in a Zoo?
Yes, I have my own beautiful & comfy cage next to the elephants.....
(to put it in another way: I'm just a visitor)

What gear do you use?
Canon 350D (best toy ever)
Canon 70-300 IS USM (high ups, deep downs)
100mm F2.8 Macro (broken right now and I miss it more than I could tell)

Where do you take all these pictures?
Wildlife: In a zoo.
Cats: Everywhere I can find them.
Insects, flowers, scenery: everywhere.

Are these cats yours?
I wish, unfortunately I have no cats right now.

How do you take all these pictures?
I click. Seriously......I know some ins & outs, but I'm a very intuitive photographer. No plans, no tripod, just my me & my cam and some nice models.

Why don't you sell prints?
First because I prefer to spend my time on photography rather than organising prints.
Secondly because many shots are taken in zoos and zoos require permission for 'commercial' use.

Can I use your photo(s) as a reference for my drawing/ painting/ sculpture...?
Of course, if you give me proper credits (link to original & my account), feel free to as a ref. whatever you want and please send me a note with the final result, I love to see it.

Ik ben zelf namelijk ook een fotografie liefhebber, en ik heb nu zo'n beginnerscamera, maar die levert nog niet echt mooie resultaten op. De Canon 350D, is dat een aanrader? Of kan ik dan beter een nieuwe versie ofzo nemen? Heb je misschien advies voor me?

_{Hoi Cayaa, je vraagt het aan een echte Canon-fan, dus: ja, die 350D is een topcamera!!!! Ik heb m nu dik twee jaar en het is echt t leukste speeltje ooit. Geen professionele camera, maar wél een héle goeie.
Je zou kunnen kiezen voor de 400 of 400 D, als je geld zat hebt (en in dat geval zou ik denk ik zelf kiezen voor een 40D, nog iets duurder, maar dan heb je ook meteen een semiprofessionele), maar zoveel meerwaarde hebben die volgens mij niet. Het hogere aantal pixels is wel leuk, maar het is aan jou of je daar je geld aan uit wilt geven. Ik investeer persoonlijk liever in goede lenzen dan in een paar leuke extra features.
Als je nog iets specifieks wilt weten: ask me. (al kan t wel even duren omdat ik t nogal druk heb de komende tijd)

^{Aah bedankt, kijk hier heb ik wat aan Ik heb op de Canon site rondgekeken en kwam uit op de Canon EOS 400D, 450D en 40D alleen wat het verschil nou precies is weet ik niet. Alleen de EOS 40D gaat vér over mn budget heen, €1200+ !! De 400D is rond de €600 en de 450D rond de €700. De 350D staat niet meer op de prijslijst Maar heb jij ervaring met de 400D of de 450D of de 40D? Naja het belangrijkste is dat ik er natuurlijk mooie (dieren)foto's mee kan maken En je hebt gelijk, het investeren in lenzen is denk ik veel handiger!

Ik heb alleen ervaring met de 350D en ik heb gekozen voor deze (amateur)camera omdat ik overstapte van een compactcamera naar DLSR.
Het leek me een beetje over the top (en over mn budget) om direct een profi cam te kopen. En dat bleek een goede beslissing, ik ben er nu twee jaar zeer intensief mee aan het fotograferen geweest en ik kan nog niet zeggen dat ik alle functies volledig snap. Oftewel: uitdaging genoeg
Een reden om evt. een nieuwe te gaan kopen is vnl omdat DLSR's geen 100 jaar meegaan. En als ik dan tóch een nieuwe koop, dan misschien ook wel een iets duurdere. (de 40D schijnt bv. een nog betere sensor te hebben.)
Volgens mij is het verschil met de 400 vnl. het aantal pixels en de ingebouwde sensorcleaning. (handig, maar geen tovermiddel)
De 450D heeft zgn liveview. Ik heb er mee geexperimenteerd, maar de liveview werkt niet (goed) in combi met autofucus. Wat mij btreft dus een hoop extra geld voor een waardeloze feature. Maar goed...t blijft toch een kwestie van smaak. (en geld )

Ow, trouwens, nog 1 gouden tip: [link]. Een erg goedkope zaak en prima service! En de 350D is in de aanbieding voor maar 435,-! [link]roduct&roduct=39}
