Both ! Text,Pics .. All's great Nice blog really

It's good as it is, only the text is a bit small. Yeah, I know about ctrl+scroll or ctrl +/-, but it's kind of killing the atmosphere of your great photos. During netsurfing I sometimes don't even look further when meet something that takes some effords to read.

It is great as it is, but it's very dark (which makes it look elegant). The grey is okay, but another background colour wouldn't hurt.
The middle section where all the information is could be made bigger, wouldn't hurt.

I love the pics, and also the way you use to combine text and pictures. However, I find the color of the paragraphs very washed away; maybe you should use a more attractive color, keeping it pleasant for the eyes as well.
Other than that, your blog is awesome!

You must improve your writing technique. There can not be single-line paragraphs. Another important thing, is to justify the text, and perhaps a larger font size would be better.

IMHO, i saw the tag you add for your posts is...too much, i think it would better if you generalized the tags, like "foxes" with just "fox" to describe all fox photography, and use one language to describe it

I have ideas to make it better!

I love the top part, the logo and picture and that, it's great. Something to spruce up the text part and make it a little less daunting and more inviting to read would be good. Perhaps breaking it up into sections, and/or having more pictures in and around the next. Someone also mentioned a lighter background. I thing keeping the dark colour for the outer part of the site and the top, but right where the text is a lighter background could help.

As stated often before the site is too dark. You should consider a light background, maybe even a nature texture blended with white or another color so it has a structure but is not too distracting as well.
Additionally your header images with round edges is framed with small grey lines which don't fit because they are not round.

Text and images look pretty cool.

some things I would change

It looks elegant, but very dark
You could take the colors of your header: whit/grey and some shades of amber brown (like in the text) as thin horizontal stripes.
Or a light amber as background color with some darker accents (not as bright as white/grey so the eyes don't get tired too early)

Also you could make the header a bit bigger and drifting to the sides
and the content wider => example
(than you could also put two pictures side by side, makes the scrolling more easier, or slideshows)

The name on top: making it ".Roeselien Raimond Photography." looks much calmer

on my fox stories: make the thumbnails bigger and correct the linking of them (they open in a new window but show just the picture, nothing more)

in the menu you have "Roeselien Raimond Photography" again: that confused me a lot. I would rename it with something like: "Gallery" or "Archive"
and make it open in a new window/tab (because once in the archive you can't go back to the homepage)

I searched for a home button. while clicking through i wanted to return to the view i first got (with the newes post) it could also be names: newest entry/post or stuff like that

i would also make the space between the links in the menu wider so there's one at the left (would put "About" here or "Home/newest post") one in the center and one in the right (would put "Archive" here)

and if you have the menu on top you don't need it again on the right

one thing I learned today in class: every newspaper uses a font with serif because it is much easier and less stressfull for the eyes to read it. (examples are Georgia, Times new roman etc...)
